The best of my three containers. 40 ft grey corrugated shipping container converted to a workshop/store: at least two personnel doors with wired-glass windows, roof vents, and a side ROLL-UP/shutter door. Interior is light grey/white with long runs of metal shelving (5–6 tiers) on BOTH sides, fluorescent + LED ceiling lights and conduit.

Faults stated honestly: ceiling rust staining and peeling paint in the roll-up section, rust on the roll-up track/header, and exterior scuffs.

$3,495 OBO. The container is currently full of my stock and will be EMPTIED AFTER PAYMENT, before pickup — contents are NOT included in the price. Local pickup in Brentwood, CA — BUYER HAULS, bring proper container-moving equipment. Two other 40 ft containers also available — see my other listings.
