We agree on what you want checked and the areas you want photographed. After the visit, you receive dated photos, plain observations and suggested priorities so you can decide what to do next.

You can start with one visit or discuss ongoing care. If repairs or cleanup are needed, we agree that work and its price separately. These are practical property-care visits, not a formal home inspection or security service.
JUST PLANNING OR SAVING FOR LATER?
A project that's three, six or twelve months away is still welcome. You don't have to be ready to book to ask what it might cost.
