CDLP Law is a workers' compensation defense firm in Brea. We represent carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers across the Southern California district offices. The vast majority of appearances are concentrated at Van Nuys, Marina del Rey, and Los Angeles.
We are hiring one experienced hearing representative to run our conference calendar and move files.
What the job is:
- Status conferences, MSCs, priority and lien conferences;
- PTCS preparation, lien negotiation, moving files to resolution;
- Running the litigation calendar on your files: coordinating QME panels and med-legal scheduling, setting depositions, issuing subpoenas and SDTs, and tracking discovery to completion;
- A caseload sized to be done well, not a 300-file treadmill;
- Your work is reviewed by the attorney whose name goes on it.
What we need:
- 3+ years appearing at the WCAB, defense or applicant side;
- Based in Los Angeles or Orange County.
