This altar was designed by an artist, and handmade by a renowned (in his time in Astoria, NY) cabinetmaker
It is made of solid walnut to be attached to the wall in a corner.
It has a small "cabinet", doors of which are hinged with pegs and a drawer, which also swivels outwards using a dowel. No nails or screws used in its construction.
Inside cabinet dimensions: 3.375" x 7.75", enough space for small framed photos, special stones, other little objects.
Oil finish
It's unique and special, holding space for your most beloved treasures, idols, statuettes for puja or other reverential traditions.
