Established local grading company looking for a dependable, experienced operator for steady work, with most jobs in the Lakewood Ranch/Sarasota area.
Must have solid experience operating a Bobcat T62 or similar compact track loader and understand residential grading. This is not an equipment-only position. When not operating, you may be required to perform hand work, job-site cleanup, pick up trash, and handle other miscellaneous tasks.
We need someone who:
Shows up on time and reliably every day
Communicates if there is ever a problem
Takes care of equipment
Can work without constant supervision
Is willing to help with whatever needs to be done on the job
Pay starts around $25/hour and can be higher depending on experience and ability.
