This townhouse is brand new and comes with everything you need and more. You will enjoy the west-facing master bedroom (best views in the house), private balcony, ensuite, and walk-in closet. The room can come furnished with a double bed, etc if you prefer. It can also come unfurnished if you prefer. The rent also includes a separate office on the main floor that is yours to use.
This stunning townhouse comes with a HUGE garage for storage with space for all your bikes and gear and includes an indoor training climbing wall and gym. There are balconies off every room (4 in total), 3 full bathrooms and a yard for entertaining, complete with a vegetable garden. The home is warm in the winter and AC to keep you cool for the summer. Gorgeous hardwood floors throughout and lots of windows for light. There is parking in the driveway for 1 car and street parking if you need more.
The place comes with a furnished kitchen/living area, BBQ, power tools, board games and puzzles, and keyboard/guitar/ukulele if you're musical. The BAG is just a few streets over for events.
This is a shared house with current renters: Josie and Jack. We are an easy-going, adventuring couple in our 30's with a medium-sized dog, Bella. We enjoy climbing, biking, skiing and board games. I work from home (in a different office) and Jack alternates between studying at home or working out of province. We are happy to enjoy both social as well as quiet time.
The current lease is month-to-month. We are looking for roommates to stick around long term. The strata does not allow smoking, vaping or additional pets sorry!
