The Role:
The day starts in Lyons, CO
Lead a 2-3 person crew, daily residential and commercial jobs
Drive a company truck, Boulder County routes
Own quality on every job, final check before you leave
Train newer crew members, technique and safety
Be the face on site, professional customer contact
Requirements:
2-3+ years window, gutter, and solar cleaning experience
Clean driving record, NO DUI's, MVR check required
Comfortable at heights, multi-story
Natural Leader - calm, clear, reliable
Customer-facing professional manner
Pass background and MVR check
Pay: Above market $25/hr then percentage commission over $30/hr
Tips: Yes, paid regularly
Vehicle: Company truck
Schedule: 8am-3:30pm typical
Year-round work available, occasional longer days, no late nights
