Our approach to Board & Train is intentionally personal.
Rather than placing dogs in crowded boarding environments, we work with qualified individuals who can provide individualized training, care, and companionship in their own homes.
EVERY TRAINER STARTS WITH ONE FRIENDLY CLIENT DOG AT A TIME!
Your assignment may include:
🐾 Positive-reinforcement obedience training
🐾 Daily walks and age-appropriate exercise
🐾 Loose-leash walking and reliable recall
🐾 Puppy potty-training routines
🐾 Polite greetings and household manners
🐾 Playtime, enrichment, and confidence building
🐾 Consistent structure, affection, and companionship
We focus on friendly dogs and puppies who are appropriate for a safe home environment.
Our standard home-based Board & Train program does not accept dogs with known aggression, significant reactivity, or major behavioral concerns that would make placement unsafe. Each dog is individually assessed.
YOU DO NOT NEED TO RUN A COMMERCIAL BOARDING FACILITY!
You simply need the experience, dedication, and appropriate living environment to provide a wonderful experience for one dog.

At Karma Dog Training™, we believe in building long-term relationships with exceptional Trainers.
YOU WILL ALWAYS BEGIN WITH ONE CLIENT DOG AT A TIME.
As you demonstrate excellent training results, reliability, and the ability to provide outstanding care, you may become eligible to take on two compatible client dogs simultaneously, subject to approval, appropriate facilities, and safety considerations.
That means the potential to earn compensation for two dogs during the same assignment period.
AND HERE’S THE BEST PART: IT’S COMPLETELY YOUR CHOICE!
If you love working with just one dog at a time, that’s absolutely fine.
There is no expectation or requirement to take on a second dog.
Our priority will always be the well-being of the dogs, the quality of their training, and your ability to provide an exceptional experience.

⭐ AN ESTABLISHED TRAINING SYSTEM. DIRECT FOUNDER SUPPORT.
When you join Karma Dog Training™, you’re not expected to develop an entire training program from scratch.
Our Founder & Owner, Jeffrey Brian Liebowitz, has spent more than 20 years developing and refining our relationship-focused, positive-reinforcement training methodology.
For your first few assignments, Jeffrey will personally oversee and develop individualized training plans and exercises.
You’ll receive guidance on:
🐾 What to teach
🐾 How to teach it
🐾 Daily training objectives
🐾 Practical exercises and routines
🐾 Measuring and communicating progress
🐾 Helping each dog succeed
OUR GOAL IS TO HELP EXCEPTIONAL PEOPLE DELIVER EXCEPTIONAL RESULTS.
You’ll have the professional support of a company that has been serving dog guardians since 2005.

💰 COMPENSATION: $100–$150 PER DOG, PER DAY
Your compensation depends on the type of case, the dog’s behavioral and training needs, and your experience.
$100–$150 PER DOG, PER DAY!
Potential gross earnings for one dog:
🐶 7-day assignment: $700–$1,050
🐶 14-day assignment: $1,400–$2,100
🐶 21-day assignment: $2,100–$3,150
Qualified Trainers who are subsequently approved to care for two compatible client dogs may have the opportunity to earn additional compensation for each dog.
These figures illustrate potential gross earnings for completed assignments. They are not guarantees of bookings, placement approval, or income.
We welcome independent professionals who wish to continue operating their own dog-training, boarding, or pet-care businesses.
Additional assignments may become available based on client demand, Trainer availability, and performance.

A secure fenced yard is preferred. Suitable apartments, condos, and townhomes may also qualify with appropriate permission, outdoor access, and safety arrangements.

No shock collars, e-collars, prong collars, choke chains, harsh corrections, physical punishment, or intimidation.
