Up for sale is our 2015 Maax compact 3 person 29 stainless steel jet hot tub (This is the luxury American Whirlpool 451 model line). This hot tub is wired for a 220V/50 amp circuit. The hot tub dimensions are: 64” x 81” x 31” This hot tub features 3 seating positions, a lounge seat with 12 powerful jets, and an aerator valve at each seating position for soothing, yet powerful hydrotherapy. The control panel is a digital display, and is wireless internet capable (ready) for home internet monitoring via an app on your phone. This hot tub is fully insulated with high-density foam for energy efficiency, and the heater easily heats and maintains the hot tub up to 104 degrees even with the cover off and the pumps running (it’ll actually heat to 107.8)! All the systems in the hot tub function perfectly, and there are no known leaks. The hot tub cover is in good shape, and isn’t water-logged or heavy; It will last quite a few more seasons. The hot tub comes with an EZ-lift mechanism for the cover, a filter, and chemicals. I have a video of it taken on 11/5/2026 just before I drained it that I can share with you. It is currently sitting empty in my garage protected from the cold freezing temperatures. I will deliver it to you for free when you purchase it (if you’re wondering: will they deliver it here? The answer is yes!). Sale is: as is, where is. Cash sale, only please.
