We are looking for an experienced Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and support our high-end residential Painting division.
Responsibilities
• Estimate custom residential painting projects from plans, specifications, and site visits
• Prepare takeoffs, labor and material estimates, proposals, and change orders
• Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion
• Coordinate schedules, crews, materials, and project requirements
• Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and profitability
• Communicate with builders, designers, homeowners, vendors, and field teams
Qualifications
• 5+ years of painting estimating and/or project management experience
• Strong experience estimating high-end custom residential projects required
• Strong knowledge of painting systems, preparation, coatings, and finishes
• Ability to read architectural plans and finish schedules
• Strong understanding of labor production rates and job costing
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
