Labor cost will depend on work order
I am a skilled maintenance technician, I don't know everything, but I have done a lot of projects, enough to earn the title. I have a full time job and I am looking for a weekend project. I have my own tools, not every tool but enough to do what needs to be done, however I lack a ladder which I will get if needed and I have my own transportation and helper. I have a small trailer so I can haul junk away.
I am mainly looking for odd and end jobs, like; hanging pictures, installing toilets, hanging lights, and showers, curtains, blinds, digging fence post, patching sheets rock and nail holes, cleaning outside AC units, gutters, locating and patching up duct work under the house or in the attic, but I do much more. I can get rid of those wasps in the attic if you have them and around the eve where they like to nest. I can install new vent covers, outlet covers, light switches, and light fixtures. I am your handyman special for sure. We will do painting or any job if the job doesn't take more than a weekend's work. Christmas is around the corner so if you need lights hung up, yard ornaments put out, that's my favorite thing to do over a hot cup of coaco and some Christmas music.
As you can see I have done a lot of things. If you want Christmas light hung up I could do that or if you just need an elderly sitter because I love old people and children, I can do that, a pet sitter, or a house sitter for a weekend. I can do that as well. To top it all off I can even cook a healthy meal, if it boils down to it. Keep in mind that certain tasks will not always allow me to be readily available.
I am just looking to teach my son some good work ethic and social skills while we both make a little cash. My son needs a truck and I need to pay off debt. We live in Bonifay and we are willing to travel as long as we are not losing money on the way to your project. Please keep that in mind when you hire us. We come within a 50 mile radius. We will travel a little further if you help with the travel experiences.
