Duties
Perform a variety of tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials as needed.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Assist in the assembly and installation of structures or equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety on job sites.
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time.
Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Proficiency in using various hand tools and power tools.
Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Basic understanding of construction practices and safety regulations.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship.

Task Items:
-General Jobsite Clean up
-Basic Equipment maintenance
-Appliance Installation
-Residential and Commercial hardware Installation (Locksets, Doorstops, Mirrors, Bathroom hardware, Etc.)
-Basic understanding of running machinery
-Installation of signage
-Appliance installation
-Carpentry skills (Cabinet Installation)
-Pull and load trailers with machinery or materials
-Complete Task in a timely manner
-Complete basic paperwork when moving inventory items
-Log/report equipment maintenance
-Knowledgeable to complete verity of different punch list items.
