Hello, my names Travis and I'm interested in renting out a room in my apartment. I'm on the bench (Curtis and overland area). My brother usually rents out the room but he's out of state working currently. I'm looking to rent out the room for two months max. Figured it would be a good situation if someone needs some time to find the right spot. The room is clean and has a bed. Rent is 700 and that includes utilities. Small, refundable deposit. No animals
