Smith & DeShields Building Supply, a family-owned and operated company with 69 years of industry experience, is seeking knowledgeable and motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our teams in the Boca Raton & Jupiter Offices.
Position Overview:
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, generating sales, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the construction industry and possess product knowledge in doors, hardware, and mouldings.
Qualifications:
· Experience in the construction or building supply industry
· Knowledge of doors, hardware, and mouldings preferred
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Sales-driven mindset with the ability to build lasting customer relationships
