SENIOR CREW – WHAT YOU’LL DO
Senior Crew members take a leadership role in maintaining high-quality English programs and supporting other Crew members.
• Lead high-quality English-immersion lessons
• Observe Crew lessons and provide practical feedback
• Coach and support new Crew members
• Review lesson preparation, materials, and classroom setup
• Support lesson quality, child participation, and safety
• Work closely with branch management and other team members

CREW – WHAT YOU’LL DO
Crew members create fun, engaging, and safe English experiences for children.
• Lead interactive English activities
• Encourage children to listen, speak, and communicate in English
• Participate actively in games, crafts, storytelling, role-play, cooking, art, science, and movement activities
• Prepare and organize activity materials
• Monitor children’s participation and safety
• Work cooperatively with Senior Crew, Staff, and branch managers

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Fluent, clear, and confident spoken English
• Friendly, responsible, punctual, and energetic
• Comfortable actively interacting and playing with children ages 4–9
• Able to follow lesson, operational, and safety guidelines
• Weekend and/or public-holiday availability depending on the branch
• Legally eligible to work in Korea
Preferred, but not required:
• Teaching experience
• Childcare experience
• Camp experience
• Kids’ program or activity-facilitation experience
