We are a Fedex Ground contractor looking to hire for several positions which include:
Wild unassigned teams - 10 positions open - come as a team or solo, running all 48 states, one long run or multiple shorts. or one long and one short depending on team.
Regional - 2 open - runs up to Sacramento, Tracy, Stockton, Hurricane, Lay your 10 come back next day.
Local home every night 3 open - start time of 6-8pm end between 5-8am the next morning, monday night through sat am
Home everyday runs. 2 open - start between 5-10 am and finish local runs within 250 - 280 miles one way and come right back. Tuesday morning through sat night.
Pay will be doe with several different pay structures in place. We will be offering a weekly minimum guarantee with certain requirements to be met.
To be clear what we don't want is the hoppers of Fedex, the princess that think there the one and only best driver, the ones that are going to come in with a list of demands
We will respect you and treat you with respect back and address any concerns you may have. We have a good group of drivers now and looking to add to that.

New trucks for team runs - Volov 860 or Cascadia
Option for sleeper or day cab for day and night runs.

What we need:
Fedex badged drivers welcomed
1 year minimum driving experience
6 months driving experience with approved school
No tickets in the last year
No accidents in the last year
No duis
No misdemeanors
Good work ethic
Understanding to changes in schedule
Operate in a safe manner.
