Job Description
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator to join our team.
This is a hands-on position that involves operating a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, moving materials, and performing general warehouse labor.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and isn't afraid of physical labor.
Job Responsibilities
Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials.
Load and unload semi-trailers.
Stack, organize, and move Gaylord boxes, pallets, and recyclable materials.
Perform manual labor and general warehouse duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.
Requirements
Must have forklift operating experience.
Must be willing and able to perform physical labor.
Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong work ethic and attention to safety.
Previous warehouse or recycling industry experience is a plus.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: Up to $24/hour based on experience.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Full-Time: Consistent daytime schedule.
