About the Role:
As a Dispatcher / Field Support Team Member, you’ll play an important role in coordinating daily field operations. You’ll help keep teams on schedule, provide real-time support, and ensure information flows smoothly between the field and the office.

What You’ll Do:
Dispatch team members to job sites while coordinating schedules and priorities.
Monitor field operations and help keep projects on track.
Provide real-time support, updates, and information to field teams.
Maintain accurate logs of activities, schedules, and communications.
Communicate effectively with field personnel and internal team members.
Identify and help resolve scheduling or operational challenges quickly.
Help ensure our teams have the information and support they need to get the job done.

Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
Ability to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Comfortable learning and using dispatch software and other technology — training is provided!
Flexible and adaptable when priorities change.
