Unit features two queen beds, one futon, one full size bed in the loft. Kitchenette features mini fridge, range, oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster. Dining table and chairs. Flat screen TV with programming included. Large full bath. Linens are not provided. Nice covered patio with patio set.
Due at lease signing: refundable security/damage deposit STARTING at one half a month's rent (based on occupancy), refundable key deposit of $20 per key, one time cleaning fee of $200. Dogs are allowed in our pet friendly rooms with prior approval from management and additional fees.
