It's been sitting here at the house in the way, and instead of finding it a more suitable parking spot I'd rather it goes to sometime else that will make it their own and enjoy using it for whatever their heart desires! Camping, off grid living, ADU on your property, mother law suite, hang out for your teenager and their friends, food truck conversion etc.. THE POSSIBILITIES ARE ENDLESS!!!
The fella I bought it from said all the water systems function as they should but I never used any of them to confirm that. I know the heating/furnace works as does fridge/freezer and all things electrical. It'll need a bit of maintenance as it has sat for a little while but it'll tow down the road just fine on your 5th wheel truck bed hitch.

Oh and within an hour I already get some clown texting me trying to scam me with the same old bullshit about sending a cashier check and having someone come pick it up nonsense! Don't waste my time or your time with that garbage!
