Experienced Property Preservation Vendors Needed Throughout Alabama— PPW Required
We’re seeking reliable, experienced property preservation vendors for business-to-business 1099 contract work across Alabama. Direct property preservation experience and proficiency with PPW are required. This opportunity is not for beginners.
With 18+ years in property preservation, REO, rehab, and construction, we’re looking for professional vendors who communicate clearly, follow work order instructions, and meet deadlines.
Services Needed
Property preservation, initial services, and general REO maintenance
Grass cuts, debris removal, and cleanouts
Evictions, lockouts, securing, and rekeying
Winterizations, roof tarping, and minor roof repairs
Pool securing and services
Janitorial and maid services
Handyman repairs, light rehab, to full rehab is a plus
Painting, flooring, and drywall repairs
Plumbing and electrical repairs
Vendor Requirements
Experience using PPW and managing multiple work orders
Prompt, professional communication by phone, email, and text
Clear work order notes and before, during, and after photos
Ability to follow written instructions and meet deadlines without repeated follow-up
Understanding of a business-to-business 1099 relationship and Net 30 payment terms
Experience with mortgage field services, REO assets, vacant properties, foreclosures, and client-driven work orders is preferred. Must be able to cover a wide area.
