**High Tech Heating & Air** is looking for a motivated, dependable, and organized **HVAC Project Manager** to join our growing team!
We’re looking for someone who can take a project from **start to finish** while keeping customers, technicians, materials, and schedules organized.
🛠️ What You'll Be Doing:
• Manage HVAC installation and replacement projects
• Schedule and coordinate technicians
• Communicate with customers throughout the project
• Order and coordinate equipment and materials
• Make sure projects stay on schedule and within budget
• Perform job-site visits and quality checks
• Review completed work and ensure customer satisfaction
• Handle project paperwork, estimates, invoices, and documentation
• Work closely with owners, technicians, vendors, and customers
⭐ We're Looking For Someone Who:
• Has HVAC industry experience
• Has strong leadership and communication skills
• Is organized and dependable
• Can manage multiple projects at once
• Has excellent customer service skills
• Can solve problems quickly and effectively
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Has a valid driver's license
• HVAC/project management experience is **preferred**
