We are seeking a results-driven Remote Appointment Setter - Outbound Caller.
The candidate must have a great attitude and PRIOR sales / Appointment Setting experience (NO exceptions).
Must have a proven track record in making scheduling appointments and making outbound calls.
We receive dozens of WARM leads daily through our Meta paid ads. Your responsibility will be to call the leads back and turn them into booked appointments / sales. No cold calling required. Warm leads only.
ENGLISH must be your first language. This role requires effective communication. You must be excellent at engaging clients, building rapport, and scheduling appointments.
Duties:
Reach out to leads with urgency.
Utilize sales techniques to book customers over the phone.
Managing outbound calls and follow up protocols, keeping track of each customer's status in the pipeline.
Experience
2-3 years of experience in a call center sales role.
Memorizing scripts and executing calls with enthusiasm.
Compensation:
$60000-$65000. Base: $40,000 plus potential to make another $20,000-$25,000 in commissions.
This is a full time REMOTE position.
