Celebrating 50 years in Montana, J&V Restaurant Supply & Design supplies commercial kitchens, bars, schools, and healthcare facilities with top-brand equipment, smallwares, tabletop items, chemicals, and design services.
We are hiring a full-time Outside Sales Representative based out of Billings to service an existing customer base and open new accounts throughout Yellowstone County and surrounding towns. We support you with an established local showroom, warehouse inventory, and a company vehicle with paid fuel.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $52,000 / year
• Commission: 30% commission on gross profit from generated sales (Uncapped)

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform daily face-to-face account calls to service existing clients and prospect for new business across restaurants, bars, schools, and commercial kitchens.
• Sell our full product catalog: heavy equipment, smallwares, tabletop, disposables, and chemicals.
• Identify and develop commercial kitchen design-build projects in collaboration with our contract design team.
• Handle product deliveries to customer accounts using the company vehicle.
REQUIREMENTS
• Local Resident: Must live locally in the Billings/Yellowstone County area. (Strictly local candidates—no relocation).
• Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Drive & Background: Successful B2B sales experience OR extensive restaurant/kitchen experience with a relentless drive to sell.
• Relentless Prospector: Comfortable dropping into busy kitchens, talking to owners/chefs, and following up consistently across the territory.
