Note:
1st in top row has some hinge residue.
4th in the top row, has a mild horizontal crease line (?) across the center.

2nd in the bottom row has a chip, upper right edge
3rd in the bottom row has a mild horizontal crease line (?) across the center and 2 diagonal 1/4 inches tears in the upper corners

I'm not familiar with meter mail stamps. I've designated these as "Used", but only one shows a cancellation stamp. I don't know if that means that the others (uncancelled) can be called "unused", "mint", etc.
