About Us
Every piece of sushi is the result of years of discipline, respect for the ingredient, and care for the guest. We're looking for someone who shares that commitment and wants to grow with us.
Who We're Looking For

Support the chefs with prep, mise en place, and daily service
Keep the kitchen and counter spotless and organized
Help create a calm, precise, and welcoming experience for every guest

Eagerness to learn sushi craft, with patience for mastering the basics
Attention to detail and pride in your work

What We Offer
Hands-on mentorship from experienced sushi chefs
A clear path to grow your skills and responsibilities
