My name is Kyle and I am a licensed General Engineering/Building/Electrical contractor seeking projects and consulting opportunities. I have 18 years in the residential/commercial/Public Works construction industry and my skill-sets include the following trades:
- Horizontal AC and PCC projects in the public right-of-way (alleys, sidewalks, streets, etc)
- Excavation Services- Grading, demolition, trenching, etc.
- Project/Construction Management Services
- Utility system tie-in
- HVAC Systems and upgrades
- Electrical systems and upgrades
- EV Charger systems
- Photovoltaic system consulting, permitting or installations
- Roofing systems
- Parking lot revitalization
- Prevailing wage and PLA (project labor agreement) process
- Grant writing services
- Corporate entity establishment, maintenance and accounting
No jobs is too small, I am a small-time operation, therefore most jobs I can bid out very competitively. I run a clean operation, not only ethically, but also physically. Messy work is lazy work.
I am open to Joint Ventures or projects, bid or hourly labor agreements as a direct contractor or sub contractor. I can also provide construction consulting at an hourly rate to help cut costs on major projects.
