Valley Vista Builders Inc. is hiring a full time onsite Superintendent for a high end custom residential project in Beverly Hills. VVB builds across Los Angeles, so future projects may be anywhere in LA.
What you'll do:
• Run the jobsite day to day
• Schedule and coordinate subcontractors and deliveries
• Keep the job on schedule, safe, clean and to spec
• Walk inspections with the city and inspectors
• Daily reports and photos to the owner and PM
• Catch problems early and solve them in the field
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years as a superintendent or site lead on residential construction
• High end custom homes or major remodels preferred
• Able to read plans and work from specs
• Valid driver's license and reliable truck
• Professional references from past jobs
• Strong communication in English (Spanish a plus)
Pay: $85,000 to $95,000 per year, based on experience. Full time, project based (about 10 to 12 months on one high end custom home), with the opportunity to continue on future VVB projects.
