A new kind of space is opening in the heart of West Hollywood, bringing together art, coffee, NoLow cocktails, food, music, and a whole lot of happiness.
We’re looking for an experienced BEVERAGE PREP / BARBACK who understands that great drinks start long before they’re served.
You’ll be responsible for helping prep and organize our beverage program — making syrups, pre-mixes, pre-batches, garnishes, juices, and other drink components while keeping the bar stocked, organized, and ready for service.
YOU SHOULD HAVE:
At least 1 year of experience in a bar, restaurant, café, or high-volume beverage environment.
Experience with batching, beverage prep, syrups, juices, garnishes, or cocktail/mocktail preparation.
Strong attention to detail and consistency.
The ability to follow recipes precisely and keep prep organized and efficient.
Great energy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to jump in wherever needed.
The ability to work quickly, stay organized, and keep things running smoothly when it gets busy.
