Shared house in northside Bethlehem with full 3rd floor studio to yourself. Also included in your private space is a small office/guest room on the second floor. Theres a one car garage, off street parking, basement, w/d and dishwasher. Only one female roommate (me).

House has one cat.

Rent and utilities are around 1200 total per month, deposit required, you will be on the lease.

A bit about me, I’m an electrical engineer who works from the office. I spend most weekends traveling or with friends. I do not drink or smoke and the house is smoke-free. I do a decent bit of cooking and baking. In the summer I’m usually grilling or gardening.

Prefer women only.
