As a skilled craftsman, I can provide a variety of services at a very affordable cost. I'm a very honest and trustworthy person which is why I don't take advantage of my customers with unfair mystery quotes.
Homeowners that pay based on quotes, generally end up overpaying by 25% or more. I charge a reasonable flat rate of $45/hr + $45 trip charge, so you get exactly what you pay for and nothing less.
I don't take breaks and I work very expediently so you get the most bang for your buck! Although I don't offer quotes, I'd be happy to prepare an estimate for you.

Painting/Staining: Exterior and interior brush & roller application to any type of surface up to 16 feet high.
Flooring: Installation, removal, replacement, and/or repair of all hard surface floor types, including solid & engineered hardwood, laminate, sheet & luxury vinyl plank (LVP) and tile (LVT), linoleum, ceramic & porcelain tile, and natural stone. I can also remove carpet, padding, and tack strips before upgrading to a hard floor option.
Drywall: Installation, removal, replacement, and/or repair of sheetrock with a flat, smooth surface or a variety of textured application options. Repairs include fixing/patching holes, dents, cracks, and any other wall or ceiling damage.
Carpentry: Custom design and woodwork, including cutting and installing baseboards, crown molding, trim, shelving, and outdoor fences. Building or replacing frameworks and other wooden structures from termite and water damage.
Other Construction/Assembly: Indoor furniture & home fixtures, including bed, murphy wall-bed, crib, dresser, vanity, nightstand, wardrobe, bookshelf, storage cabinet, desk, chair, sectional sofa, dining & coffee tables, tabletop sports games, fitness/exercise equipment, and closet remodeling with organizer & custom shelving system installation. Outdoor items, including patio, porch & deck furniture set, barbeque grill, gazebo, pergola, storage shed/building, dog shed/house/kennel, and children’s swing set, playset, trampoline, basketball hoop, and electronic bike, moped & scooter.

Accepted Methods: Credit/Debit Card via Paypal or Stripe for Thumbtack Customers – both incur a 3% fee, Cash, Personal/Business Check (in person only w/matching valid ID), Zelle, Venmo, Cash app, Paypal, and Apple Pay.
Trip Charge: $45 for up to 15 miles from my location and $3 for each additional mile up to 45 minutes.
Minimum Charge: $135 = Minimum of 2 billable hours of work ($45 x 2 = $90) + trip charge ($45).
