4 bedroom, 2 bath house has a room available. One of the bathrooms is ensuite, and you will be sharing a bathroom with two other people.
Room is 10x10 with a closet and early morning light. $950/month plus a one month deposit ($1900 to move in)
PG&E and Internet split 4 ways using splitwise app to make it easy.
We do observe “quiet hours” from 10pm-7am.
The house- 4 bd 2 ba house with front porch and back porch.
Do you like to grow things? Our “green thumb” person is leaving! We have containers in the yard where we have grown tomatoes, lettuce, chard, etc.
Washer/dryer in unit. Street parking.
We split supplies like toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, trash bags, etc using the Splitwise app.
We have a house meeting once a month and we have a group text for immediate communications.
We also share chores, one day a week per person with larger cleaning projects done together as needed.
Kitchen- this shared space has many appliances like Vitamix blender, AquaTru water filter, food processor etc. and just about anything you could need.
Living room- we like to keep it uncluttered so there’s space to stretch, do yoga, etc.
