Offering my lovely two-bedroom home in the Berkeley Hills for a two-week sublet, November 26 through December 10. $150 a day or $1700 for the whole period. Can be flexible for the right fit.
The home is bright, spacious, and full of character, with beautiful Bay views from the porch. It includes:
* Two cozy bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with a twin bed.
* A spacious living room with a daybed, comfortable couch, and piano, lots of plants.
* A porch overlooking the Bay.
* A formal dining room.
* A fully equipped kitchen with a cozy breakfast nook.
It’s a peaceful, restorative space, with plenty of room to relax, read, cook, work, or simply enjoy a slower couple of weeks.
A note about the home: This is a fragrance-free household. Due to the homeowner’s fragrance allergy, the subletter will need to agree to avoid heavily scented products (including perfumes, scented candles, and strongly fragranced cleaning or personal-care products) during their stay. Sorry no pets!
