From 1998. Extremely unique device. Has a prototype feel.
Makes a good CD player, FM radio, and vintage Mac game machine.
Full system, upgraded with 128MB RAM and CompactFlash SSD. Original RAM included. All accessories included.
One of the last old Macintosh designs (6 color logo) before Apple moved on to the iMac.
3 issues:
1. Machine occasionally gets "the buzz" (audio static). Fix is to solder power supply connectors within base unit. I did not do this because I wanted to keep base unit in good cosmetic condition. Fix is to peel up the base unit rubber outer ring with heat, unscrew ~6 screws, pop the base unit lid off, and solder the ~20 pin ATX style connector pins together.
2. Left keyboard palmrest leather has edge blemish.
3. Remote control is missing battery door.
