Clean, furnished therapy office available for sublet in Berkeley on Tuesdays and Fridays, as well as some evenings. The office is located in a quiet building, a craftsman home that was long ago converted to therapy offices, shared with other mental health professionals. Located on College Ave near Alcatraz Ave, a 10 minute walk from Rockridge BART. Close to coffee shops, restaurants and other amenities but the office is located in the back of the building and is quite tranquil. There is parking available, a large waiting room and a small kitchen for shared use. The cost of the sublet ranges between $150-400 depending on what day of the week, half or full day or evening. Wifi and utilities and monthly professional cleaning included.

Prices (for the entire month)
Half day: $250 for Tues, $200 for Fri, $150 weekend day
Full day: $425 for Tues, $350 for Fri, $275 weekend day
Evening times also negotiable upon request.
