I have constructed two lightboxes for the Stars Wars video arcade marquee,
also called the attraction panel, one for myself and one for sale.
The image is not a dinky reproduction on polyester or translite (whatever that is).
The marquee is original artwork on thick tempered glass from the standup video game.
The frame is black anodized aluminum repurposed from a commercial lightbox.
It is AC powered, a 12VDC power converter operating 3 LED strips.
One or two or three strips can be connected to give different light levels.
There is no OFF/ON switch.
As this lightbox is homemade, it is not commercial quality.
There are minor scratches and paint loss, some joints are not light-tight.
Mounting the box on a wall is left to the new owner.
The lightbox is offered at $250.
