Experienced Home Care Aides and caregivers are encouraged to apply, but experience is not required. We provide training for the right candidate.
We have a unique approach to care: we hire active, compassionate mature adults, generally age 40+, to support fellow seniors. Our goal is to create meaningful connections and provide care that feels familiar and comfortable — like getting a little help from a friend.
This is non-medical in-home care, and our caregivers provide a variety of support based on each client's needs. This can include companionship and conversation, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation.
Many of our clients also need hands-on personal care. Depending on the client, this may include assistance with bathing or showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, walking and mobility, transfers, and other activities of daily living.
We are looking for caregivers who are comfortable providing personal care or are willing to learn. If you have previous experience with hands-on caregiving, we would especially love to hear from you.

Requirements include reliable transportation, a valid California driver's license, current auto insurance, TB clearance, and the ability to complete California Home Care Aide registration and background clearance.
