The good: fresh sails (and extra sails) roller-furling jib, self-tailing cabin-top winches, pretty fresh Mercury 6hp 4stroke long shaft, full set of good cushions interior and cockpit, spinnaker and pole, whisker pole, half of the running rigging (main and jib-sheets) is new- the rest is older, electrical is well sorted, new main cover, stereo.
The not-so-good; needs paint...everywhere. Standing rigging needs inspection and probably replacement,
$1k obo. Located in Berkeley
