The sofa is modular, so you can rearrange it or split it into two pieces, which is mostly how we used it. (One three-seater including the chaise and one two-seater including the corner wedge.) Pieces connect firmly and securely: they're easy to remove on purpose but will not come apart unintentionally. See photo for close-up of how the pieces connect. The seat backs and cushions are removable.

Pickup only. We're very close to Terrace View Park in the Berkeley Hills. The pieces aren't especially heavy, but because of their size it will probably take two people to get each piece out of our house, into your truck/van, and then into your location.
