This is a 2Bed-1Bath apartment with a converted living room.

We are looking for someone who can lease until 12/31
Single occupancy only. The other two rooms are singles as well.
The other 2 people are both male, currently students at Berkeley.
No living room or dining room. Shared bathroom and kitchen.

The room has a twin size bed and mattress.
Onsite coin operated laundry room and garage.
No smoking, not 420 friendly.
Room is available now and is available as long as this listing is up.
There is a one-month-rent security deposit. The full amount will be returned to you when you move out if the apartment is clean and nothing has been damaged.
This apartment unit is on the 3rd floor without an unit above us, so there won't be any loud stomping noises as I have experienced elsewhere. The area is generally pretty quite too.
