Looking for someone to take over my room in a 3-bed/2-bath apartment in central Berkeley near Strawberry Creek Park. Rent is $1260/mo plus ~$100/mo for utilities. The start date is preferably as early as Nov 9. All genders are welcome.

• Apartment has a private backyard with seating, lighting, and a fire pit.
• Neighborhood is quiet and residential.
• Campus is 15 minutes away by bike, and also accessible by the 36 (2 blocks away) and 51B (3 blocks away) buses.
• There is an LBNL bus stop 10 min walk.
• North Berkeley BART station is 15 min walk.
• If you have a car, street parking is free and easy to find.
