This bright space is half of a larger 400 sq. ft. studio, shared with a lovely local artist and friend of mine. The two work areas are separated by a floor-to-ceiling white curtain to maintain privacy. I will be away for winter artist residencies and am looking to sublet to a professional artist working in clean, quiet, and non-toxic mediums. The studio has its own sink.
My personal art supplies will remain securely stored inside the closet. You will have use of the tables and chairs in the space.
Note: there is no WIFI in the space, we use our cell phone Hot Spots to connect to the internet.
Rental Requirements:
- One month's security deposit
- Rental agreement
- No pets
- No work live
