This is a great portable air conditioner, the dual hose set-up seems way better than the one I had years ago with only a single hose, this one really does put out a lot of nice cool air. We definitely did some research before buying this and this was very highly rated.

We bought it years ago during a bad Fire summer and used it very little that summer, we later had AC install installed in our house and this has been sitting in a closet ever since. The unit looks perfect and includes the hoses, the window mount stuff (to mount the hose ends so they point out the window) and the remote control and a cover.
