Peer Support Group for folks on a Spiritual/Contemplative Path (berkeley)

I'm looking to slowly put together a small ongoing support group — free, peer-led, no teacher or hierarchy.
We'd start with video calls so people can get to know each other, with the option to meet in person locally later if the group wants that.
This is for people who've been on some kind of spiritual or contemplative path for a while and want real support integrating that into everyday life.
The focus is mutual support, not any particular method or tradition — background could include meditation, somatic work, nature-based practice, grief or major life transitions, or other significant inner experiences.
What I'm looking for:
Some real experience with inner/spiritual work (any tradition, or none)
Genuine interest in supporting others and being supported
Ability to listen well and also show up honestly, including with the messy parts
Preference for slow, steady relationship-building over time
Logistics:
Free, no cost ever
Starting with a small group (4-6 people approximately), growing slowly if it's a good fit
Online to start; in-person optional later for local folks
If interested, reply with a bit about your background and what you're hoping to find in a group like this. I'll try to reply within a few days — feel free to follow up if you don't hear back.
