I am traveling around the holidays (Dec 2nd onwards) and would like to sublease my place. It is a furnished stand-alone ADU close to Chez Panisse on a quiet streat. Big-screen TV, new heating/cooling system, fancy Keurig machine, etc.

There is a friendly small/medium quiet/well-trained dog that occasionally roams in the large yard. (Not responsibility at all of tenant but a pleasant treat unless you are allergic or scared of dogs)

Dates slightly flexible. Looking for $2k per month, inclusive.

Laundry @ nearby nice laundromat. Driveway parking negotiable but plenty of street parking.
