We are looking for responsible professionals to complete our small bakery and pastry team. They must be proactive, hardworking and passionate about baking and sweets!

Turns are from 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
The responsibilities of the position include:
- Bake fresh produce such as cakes, cupcakes, cookies, cakes and pays
- Dosing and decorating with pastry sleeves
- Prepare doughs for pastries and cakes
- Help other bakers in the preparation and preparation of cakes, pastries and other products
- Keep the baking area clean and tidy
- Maintain and disinfect utensils, tools, equipment and machinery
- Decorate pastries and pastry products according to customers' orders and tastes
- Operate the rolling machine for cookie and croissants doughs
- Strictly comply with food safety standards and laws during product preparation

What we are looking for:
- Previous experience as a baker/cake assistant
- Knowledge in mass preparation for pastries and cakes
- Knowledge in laminate techniques is valued
- Knowledge in the use of rolling mills (although not mandatory) are valued
- Good attitude and willingness to grow within the company
- Mandatory availability to work on weekends
- Wide availability is preferred
- Physical ability to stand during a full shift of 8 hours and lift more than 50 pounds (approx. 23 kg).
