No tears or scuffs.
It is a little sticky from years of oils, lotions etc. It needs a cleaning but it isn't bad. I always had it covered with sheets so it may be the vinyl top is just getting old.
It comes with some sheets; a fitted, a top sheet, and a headrest cover.
I personally did over 10,000 massages on this table over 15 years! It has such good vibes. I worked for chiropractors in three states and also at the Mauna Kea resort on the big island of Hawaii.
It's structure is in great shape and you will get many years of use out of it.
