The cottage has two bedrooms. The primary room has a queen bed and a separate laundry room with a washer/dryer combo unit. The second bedroom can be an office space or used as a guest room. There is a single daybed and closet. Both mattresses are new and the bathroom has a recently renovated quartz shower.
The kitchen is equipped with a frost-free refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and kettle. Dishes, utensils, and cooking pots are also included.
The neighborhood is quiet and it is expected that tenants would also be quiet and respectful. The last tenant stayed for four years, but I am open to shorter rental periods. The cottage is freshly cleaned and available. Please email to arrange a viewing.
