Need Help Setting Rat Traps in Attic – $50 (Berkeley) (berkeley)

I’m looking for someone with experience dealing with rats/rodents to help set up traps in the attic of my house in Berkeley, near University Ave and San Pablo Ave.
There appear to only be 1–2 rats in the attic. I occasionally hear them moving around, but it does not seem like a major infestation.
What I need:
* Set up and properly position 6 rat traps in the attic
* Traps are already purchased and provided
* They are easy-set traps, so no complicated equipment is needed
* Attic is accessible by stairs
* Help identify the best locations based on signs of rat activity
* About 1 hour of work
Pay: $50 cash for the initial visit.
I’m also willing to pay for a follow-up visit to check/reset/remove traps if needed.
I have a fear of rodents and enclosed attic spaces, which is why I would rather pay someone who is comfortable doing this. I’m specifically looking for someone who has pest-control, handyman, property-maintenance, or previous rodent-control experience.
