This is my office, but because I work from home several days a week, I’m looking for someone to sublet it two days per week.

This will be a casual arrangement—there will not be a formal lease, but rather a straightforward handshake agreement.

The space consists of two rooms: a private office and a conference room. The conference room currently doubles as storage for several boxes, which can potentially be removed with at least a commitment of a couple of months.

There is also quite a bit of artwork and photography on the walls, all of which will remain.

I see this as a wonderful retreat for a writer—or anyone else in a solitary field—who wants a quiet, comfortable place of their own for a couple of days each week.

As a major plus, it’s right next door to Chez Panisse and all the other treats Berkeley’s Gourmet Ghetto has to offer!

I am asking $70 per day with a 2-day commitment–I can be flexible about which days of the week-and weekends are possible as well.

Free wifi and utilities - there is A/C.

There is also a fridge and a Nespresso machine.
